Can I upgrade my plan if my ice demand increases?Yes! You can easily upgrade your plan to meet higher ice production needs. If you're still within the 6-month lock-in period, a transport fee will apply at actual costs. After the lock-in period, Svivel provides free replacement or upgrade as needed.
